This artist has painted a Great Blue Heron taking flight from Lake Butler in Florida.
"CLEARED FOR TAKEOFF"
This original oil on canvas lake scene was painted in 2005 and was signed by
the artist, R.Geddings.
As you can see, the artist has captured the rich colors of Lake Butler in Florida
complete with lovely reflections and water lillies. Note the native Florida
Great Blue Heron in the process taking wing - hence the title "Cleared for Takeoff" !
The original painting now hangs in England, in the Midlands and is a family keepsake !
The artist resides in Florida near Tampa, and specializes
in typical Florida scenes, including seascapes and waterscapes .
