"JUPITER INLET STORM"

This oil painting on canvas is that of the actual Jupiter Inlet, Florida Lighthouse as a storm approaches.

As you can see, the light and darkness from the storm sends down conflicting shades on and around the grounds of the lighthouse.

The fence is actually there and certainly adds authenticity to the painting !

Notice the two sea gulls sensing the oncoming winds of the storm, one in the lee of the lighthouse and the other on the fence.

The painting was painted and signed by R.Geddings in 2005.

The artist resides in Florida near Tampa, and specializes in native Florida scenes and seascapes.
