This original Florida art oil on stretched canvas gladescape was painted in 2007, and was signed by the artist, R.Geddings.

In an effort to paint a variety of Florida Everglades scenes, the artist takes the viewer from one area of the Glades to another in his Everglades series. This scene is located near the exit to the 'Ten Thousand Islands' of southwestern Florida, near Everglades City.

This painting depicts a typical bait and tackle shop accessible by road and water, complete with the boat dock, boats, and seagulls flying overhead.

The bright Florida sky is shining down on the exposed mud flats at low tide.
